Pharmaceutical companies know that you need the meds. It's quite cruel. It's the same way that baby formula producers know that there is no substitute for baby formula and my friend who is working hard to be the best mother she can at such a young age has to spend $20 on a box of it that wont even last a full week on a limited income b/c she can't work as many hours as she needs to and go to school to get a better job and give her daughter a life she never had. Life deals an unfair deck to many.
