I agree that the Archbishop's media criticism did seem out of place, or perhaps it wasn't constructive enough. It didn't suggest very much that can be done about all of this, and that's annoying.</description>

However, posts on my blog tend to be of two types: quick, shooting-from-the-hip comments, and more considered pieces.  My bit on Archie was the former.  I do think, however, that he has enough on his plate without antagonising the media also.</description>
